Rechte und Pflichten

1. Die Plattform offene.jade-hs.de kann für Angebote und Projekte von Mitgliedern der Jade Hochschule genutzt werden, die mit Personen ohne Jade Hochschul-Zugangsdaten stattfinden. Die Vorgaben des Datenschutzes sind geprüft und dokumentiert.
2. Bei der Nutzung von offene.jade-hs.de gelten die datenschutzrechtlichen Rechtsvorschriften und die IT-Nutzungsordnung. Es dürfen keine rechtswidrigen Inhalte eingestellt und Rechte Dritter nicht verletzt werden; dies betrifft insbesondere Urheberrecht und personenbezogene Daten. 
3. "Kursverantwortliche" und andere Rollen mit Bearbeitungsrecht ("Teacher") repräsentieren in Bezug auf die im Kurs verarbeiteten Daten die datenverarbeitende Stelle und sind für die Inhalte verantwortlich. Nach Wegfall des Verarbeitungszwecks ist von den Kursverantwortlichen eine Löschung des Kurses beim Moodle-Support zu veranlassen. 
4. Alle Nutzerinnen und Nutzer haben sich vor einer entsprechenden Nutzung von offene.jade-hs.de selbst zu versichern, ob sie damit personenbezogene Daten verarbeiten und ob dies rechtmäßig ist. 
5. Wenn offene.jade-hs.de für Daten mit besonderem Schutzbedarf (insbesondere Daten Dritter) verwendet wird, sind diese Daten separat mit einem Passwort zu versehen (z. B. "Einschreibeschlüssel", der Moodlesupport berät Sie gerne).
6. Eine Veröffentlichung von Moodle-Kursen zu Präsentationszwecken ist ausschließlich durch das Exportieren der im Kurs enthaltenen Daten ohne Nutzerdaten in einem neuen Kurs zulässig. Personenbezogene Daten sind vor der Veröffentlichung aus den Kursinhalten zu entfernen bzw. zu anonymisieren. Für die Präsentation von Teilnehmerbeiträgen ist die Zustimmung der Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer erforderlich.

Rights and obligations

1. Moodle is the official study platform of the Jade University of Applied Sciences. The data protection requirements have been checked and documented accordingly for the platform approval. Therefore, teachers may use Moodle in their courses; in these cases, it may be necessary for the students to use Moodle in order to successfully complete the module in question.
2. When using Moodle, data protection laws and IT regulations ("IT-Nutzungsordnung") apply. No illegal content may be stored and the rights of third parties must not be violated; this applies in particular to copyrighted content and to personal data.
3. "Course Owners" and other "teacher" roles represent, and are responsible for, the content of the data processed in the course. After expiry of the purpose for processing, those responsible for the course will have to arrange for a cancellation of the course through Moodle Support.
4. All users have to make certain before using Moodle whether they are processing personal data and whether this is lawful.
5. If Moodle is used for data with special protection requirements (especially third-party data), this data must be provided with a separate password (e.g. "Registration Key"; Moodle Support will be pleased to advise you).
6. Publishing Moodle courses for presentation purposes is only permitted without user data included in the course when exporting the data into a new course. Personal data must be removed from the course content before publication or be rendered anonymous. For the presentation of participants' content, their permission is required.
